| Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor's Edge Review (PS3/360)-TGH
Added: 12.05.2013 15:19 | 3 views | 0 comments
TGH Writes: "When Ninja Gaiden 3 made its debut on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, fans were a bit disappointed to say the least. Ninja Gaiden 3 ended up being a completely different experience from previous entries, in the fact that they stripped the game down to be one of the most basic action titles of this current generation. With Razors Edge now showing its face on both PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 after its exclusive release on Wii U, should longtime fans give it another chance or is this title already too far gone?"

| Ninja Gaiden 3 Razors Edge (PS3) Review | Marooners' Rock

Adam writes:
"When I look at Ninja Gaiden over the last few years, I cant help but think about how the mighty have fallen. When Ninja Gaiden 3 was released at the end of last year, it met with rather scathing reviews, and for good reason. It was an atrocious game, especially considering the pedigree of the series. The controls were almost Resident Evil clunky, and the difficulty, which is what made Ninja Gaiden famous, was replaced by waves of easily reaped enemies, making combat more about button mashing instead of skill. Ninja Gaiden 3 Razors Edge is Team Ninjas way of apology, which is a strange event, but a welcome one."

| Ninja Gaiden 3: Razors Edge PS3 Review Better, but still not great (2D-X)
Added: 09.05.2013 13:18 | 1 views | 0 comments
After the release of the heavily flawed Ninja Gaiden 3 over a year ago, Team Ninja attempted to redeem itself and the series with an updated rerelease of the game, titled Ninja Gaiden 3: Razors Edge. Razors Edge was released as a launch title for Nintendos Wii U in November of last year, and attempted to rectify many of the core issues that plagued Ninja Gaiden 3. It recently became available to PS3 and Xbox 360 owners as well, and added a few additional tweaks to entice fans to re-purchase the game. With that said, Razors Edge is a massive improvement compared to the original Ninja Gaiden 3 release, but is still a subpar effort when compared to Ninja Gaiden Black and even Ninja Gaiden 2.
